One side features the Six Questions I teach in the Maximize Your Market: Referral Systems class to help guide your client conversation, better understand what your client wants from their massage, and create a clearer plan for their session.

The other side features a four-directional body chart that allows your client to visually mark where they are experiencing pain, discomfort, or other concerns.

Because the board is laminated, you can use a dry-erase marker during the client conversation, transfer the information you want to keep into your client documentation, wipe the board clean, and use it again with your next client.
